GENERAL
- Vapeboratries (Pty) Ltd is a Trade Only Supplier.
- All images in this catalogue are a representation of the item, colours and styles which may vary.
- Unless specified by code, items are sold as an assortment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All goods remain the property of Vapeboratories (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full.
- All stock reserved on Pro-Forma invoices will be held for a maximum period of 48 hours.
DELIVERIES
- For deliveries in the Western Cape, please allow a minimum of 48 hours.
- For deliveries in other major centres and outlying regions please allow 48-72 hours.
SHORTAGES & CLAIMS
- All orders are quality checked before leaving our warehouse, shortages and claims will not be considered unless made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- All orders must be checked at the time of delivery.
- Vapeboratories (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for claims on delivery notes or waybills that are not endorsed in detail.
- All goods returned for credit after 7 days of receipt, which is not defective, will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
- No returns for credit will be accepted after 21 days from the date of invoice on nondefective and discontinued items purchased.
RETURNS
- All returns are to be made within 7 days of the sale.
- Returning all returns requires proof of sale receipt and original packaging.
- The receipt should contain the date of purchase, the client’s name and contact number, and the reason for the return.
- No returns will be accepted for coils, batteries and disposable vapes.
- (We recommend that Disposables and Batteries be tested in store before customer leaves the store.)
- Only products that are defective or malfunctioning can be returned for testing.
SPECIAL ITEMS / MARKED DOWN ITEMS
- No Warranty: All items in the Bargain Bin are sold without any warranty.
- Final Sale: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Limited Stock: Items are available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
- Pricing: Prices are as marked. No additional discounts or promotions apply.
