Orders within the Western Cape are typically delivered within 48 hours. Deliveries to areas outside the Western Cape generally take between 48–72 hours, depending on your location.

We do not accept returns on coils, batteries, or disposable vapes under any circumstances. We strongly recommend testing these products in-store before handing them over to your customers. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy in the Terms & Conditions.

Please report any faulty items within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photos and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process in line with our Terms & Conditions.

If you’ve purchased a product made by us, please return it to the store where you bought it, along with your receipt. The store will contact us directly, and we’ll work with them to resolve the issue.

Yes. Our return policy applies to the vape stores we supply, and they, in turn, apply it to their customers. If you experience an issue with one of our products, you must return it to the store where you purchased it within 7 days, along with your receipt. The store will then follow the proper process to contact us within the allowed return period.

We do not handle consumer returns or complaints directly. All product issues must be reported through the store where the item was purchased. This ensures proper tracking and resolution through our wholesale partners.
